Let’s look and evaluate the moronic things that have gone on in our “distinguished media” as fueled by the lying, deceitful, and aberrant matters as they were brought forward by the Barack Obama administration for well over eight years; however, that would take our nation’s explosive ordnance referred to as mushroom clouds.

As one clearly looks and examines the evidence as documented in a slew of best-selling books, including evidence against Hillary Clinton, James B. Comey, Loretta Lynch, and a group of people at the DNC; furthermore, let’s have a look at the intelligence community at the time the dossier’s, media reporting, and especially Mr.’s Clapper, Mueller, and many other prominent (?) intelligence people were directly involved in producing the Dossier against President Donald Trump.

When I was a boy, I loathed the Green Bay Packers! Why? Because they were winners. Although they suck now and as far back as at least one generation ago, they were indeed America’s Team way before the Cowboys were. So, let’s look at this America loves winners.

You name them, I’ll just put a comment or two – maybe.  Why is Meryl Streep added to everyone’s acceptance speech by women? Because she’s a great actor or because she owns three OSCAR’s? Same for Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Denzel Washington, Sally Fields, as well as ethnic and racial lines. So why doesn’t anyone gripe about racial profiling? Because they are not winning of late
.
Now, just today, I found myself singing “Only in Chicago could that happen.” Of course, I’m talkingwhite men beat him up when the truth already acknowledges that it was two Nigerian black men who allegedly beat him and shouted racial slurs against him. All the while Mr. Smollett not only knew of this lousy screenplay but actually paid the two men to beat him up, splash a little bleach on his neck and wrote him this childlike letter with color, cut letters, and some handwriting to boot! The Chicago Police department already hauled the two Nigerian black men within one day from Nigeria to Chicago and they spilled the beans, even how much their whatever paid, to beat him up.

Yep, “Only in Chicago could that happen, the same Chicago that produced Barack Obama. Yet, what is all of this rubbish we hear about America loves winners? So, you’re still rooting for the Patriots? Right! What it is that angers me more than anything written here, although it has been fun – why are the Democrats cutting and hedging the story against Trump? There have been other times in US history when the person who captured the popular vote and lost an election!

Think maybe we should ask the Ruskin's did they fix the vote for Hillary? People, I am trying to paint in very broad strokes why President Trump should be treated fairly. Just compare the campaign pledges.

And, just one more thing: What and why has happened to the sovereign American rights and liberties? What’s with the illegals even being able to file for asylum? These are in all right, title, and interest embarrassing to the USA! Let’s see here, how many of you have forgotten about the plutonium that went missing when Hillary was in Russia? What did she, through her cohorts do to Libya?


We have some real problems in this place we call a country; for some reason women did like the way men treated them vis-a-vie cussing, buying them drinks, or even open a door for them. For some confounded reason, men got blamed for that – liberated women! Where is our MeTooMovement? When heads finally come out of men’s backsides and we start telling our sexual harassment stories to the world – no matter how many years later – maybe I’ll get mine.

U.S. House Democrats passed a sweeping anti-corruption and voting rights bill Friday that they said was intended to make voting easier, as well as strengthen ethics rules, while also rejecting a motion to condemn voting by undocumented immigrants.

Please, let’s look at the structure of the language, if only for the moment. Anti-corruption by voting to allow non-citizens to vote sounds very anti-Constitutional to me. For years the Democrats have been pushing this voting easier idea by suggesting public transportation and transport from door-to-door service. Moreover, they have continued to press for a “voting card” act.

Now then, if you were desirous of condemning the means to strengthen ethics rules, then I would suggest, stop allowing the thousands of illegal immigrants turning to undocumented paperwork for identity measures at the ballot box! Each voting precinct reports “troubles” with virtually unknowns or those people who legitimately cannot prove whether they are citizens or not. And each report is evaluated by the state, but this is a condition that is running perpetually.

Just a thought...to start the week. Is it me, or, is it an entire party that creates a problem for itself that plagues it for years? Quite openly, the Dems want the US to be like a banana republic. Someone with a brain explains to me how can one call for ethics rules and anti-corruption changes and still put up an iron wall when it comes to a national security wall? How could former President Barack Obama sign an executive order after executive order making it available for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and then DAPA?

All one really needs to do is to look at the last months of Democratic congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her army of angry young zealots are the product of us allowing leftist educators to confiscate the hearts and minds of our kids. Just reading about her education policies, abortion madness, and other matters can really carry a party to the extreme Left.  And if I may, history alone tells me that Vietnam had a Democratic third world overture involved.

Just a Thought

Lately, I have been given considerable thought to what we refer to in this nation as Religious Rights. Let’s just take up the religious rights as we are told and taught that is quite evident in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The reason I chose this source is because of the massive amount of sources that have been used directly, during there time, to make some sense out of what we refer to as religious rights. Using the final draft of the basic ten amendments as penned by President James Madison in 1787, it is doubtful altogether that the language would have come so easily to him. In fact, the majority of these amendments came from phrases that the English people (remember England’s great and vast territories that existed literally around the earth) had gone through the struggles in order to gain these rights.

Therefore, let’s begin with the year of the Magna Carta, 1215, which serves notice to everyone that this was indeed the precedent year and prominence given to that enormous writing surface. This clause should be remembered from all clauses from the Magna Carta,

                No freeman shall be taken or imprisoned or be disseized of his freehold, or liberties, or free customs, or be outlawed or exiled, or any otherwise destroyed, nor will we pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land.

What does this segment from the Magna Carta tell us? Although, it uses “...the law of the land...” but who actually can define this? But there was a law; this the charter says very strongly. And law – Mrs. Clinton, and just about every first time Representative from the House means procedures, procedures even a King (at that time) or President must follow – suffice it to say that no one is bigger or better than the law.

In fact, there were no less than 30 more meetings that were used by townspeople for refining these personal and private laws. William Penn, Roger Sherman, the entire state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland as did the Quakers, Catholics, Episcopalians, stepped up to maintain their own religious rights were being protected.

Indeed, the conference committee made only one important change in the amendments in 1788, just prior to their release as part of the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution. That was the weight and absolute interpretations of the first guarantee of the First Amendment, resulting in the absolute clarity and separation between the church and the state.

                Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

As with all civil liberties, these are not absolute. They must be exercised in a manner that does not conflict with the rights of others.

Having stated this, it is overwhelmingly important to verify and clear up a few things. Basically, this amendment is known as the “Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assemble, and Petition” amendment. However, to avoid conflict say that on March 16, 2019, there was a scheduled Immigration Peace Movement planned at the Empire State Building as put forth by the Irish-Americans and exactly at the same time of 1:00 pm on 3-16-2019. This is a conflict waiting to happen.

To be certain, in my days of protesting one needed to have a signed and true Assembly at streets so as to ensure there would not be any fighting.

How a person could take an oath of office with their hand on the Quran is beyond me. As is the wearing the headscarf whilst being either in the House, Senate, White House, or any government agency is pure.

Just a thought with some reason to explain why – Why are the Democrats trying to gain recent points in the courthouses? Having an already confessed felon appear before a highly esteemed body of people suffering from “Politician-itis” and literally having his way, with his mouth conjuring up as many hateful nuances against one man that has proven to be void of fruition, in my mind's eye, makes the organizers of this event ridiculous. Of course, I speak of President Trump’s former attorney, Mr. Michael Cohen.

Here is a thought – Is there anyone out there reading or otherwise that are feeling, “Hmm, maybe we’ve got the wrong scenario, why don’t we blow the peoples' mind’s and say something good and favorable about OUR president?

Here is the disaster that you will have to overcome: Why do you feel compelled to dehumanize President Trump and continue to manipulate the media?

This very characteristic, dehumanizing our nations President, is not a good political agenda. As I sit and write, I am still wondering if anything at all will become of this strategy, other than the Democrat Party showing its full colors and just being mean to others.

The rubbish (supported by H. Clinton and others) of doing away with the Electoral College is a myth! Anyone who has studied at a reasonable rate of high school political science knows better. So, what about you? Ostensibly, I see you driving people away from your party. 

Shall we look at the travesty?

The border protection wall. I refer to it in that way is because I would hope that at that border, this protective wall will keep sex-trafficking, drug-laden humans or animals, or even vehicles tunneling their ways into our country. However, rather than to “try” and make Mr. Trump look and or appear as though he is looking for more money – admit it, you’ve promised him and other administrations a lot more money.

I cannot speak for you so this one will be solely for me. Has anyone, preferably members of the Democratic Party, taken a moment and stopped to see what your party is doing? How much better would it look and be received if you took some time to say something about President Trump’s meaningful successes?

Please, just take a look at the black worker rate? Now let’s accompany all that record-setting data and add the woman’s and the entire labor force combined? Our economy is doing fabulous. Why not make it better?

Although President Trump was doing business with the leaders of North Korea, China, and Vietnam why should we expect a reasonable media outfit to cover it? It is still very real to me that Democrat’s are still trying to bury this man than even to applaud his efforts.

This, Just a Thought, writing looks to cover a conservatives person’s feelings with answers. Still very upset that a “Special Council” is and has been appointed to investigate an issue they have already admitting to President Trump has been exonerated from.

Wake Up America...Let's Work Together!

Please don’t misunderstand simple politics with political systems. In the realm of “Pop Culture” today, the facts and the immediate change of capitalism versus socialism appears to me the most uneducated information going around.

Now, we place these incredible misnomers up to a wall for national security which is more than necessary and in our other instance of the problems that are being faced in the educational offices around the nation (see Chicago, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties). Let’s plain face it – Democrats are completely destroying this country by their tactics.

Nothing could be clearer than these headlines from the Western Journal. Trump’s Homeland Security Sec. Reminds Democrats They Funded a Border Wall in the Past, And It Worked.  President Donald Trump’s Homeland Security Secretary stated on Wednesday that she is “confounded” by Democrats’ resistance to building a border wall, given they funded one in the past and it worked.

“We know that you are adamant about that wall, just as much as the president,” Fox News anchor Sandra Smith said to Sec. Kirstjen Nielsen, and then asked, “When you hear Democrats so firmly against that, what are they getting wrong?”

“I’m a little bit confounded by that,” the secretary replied. “The wall works. We have evidence and figures that show that.”

“When the wall went up in Yuma (Arizona) and San Diego, illegal entries went down 95 percent,” Nielsen added. “I must remind the viewers that in 2006, it was a bipartisan approach to securing our country.”

The Trump official was referring to the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which passed both chambers of Congress by large majorities.

The following is a Response written by a reader of the periodical.” “I have worked for U.S. Army
counterdrug for 15 years building the wall. Democrats supplied the funding. All of a sudden, it costs too much, whatever. Desperate Dems need illegal votes to keep them in power, draining taxpayer funds. Do it the right way, or do not do it at all. Bunch of millionaire crooks. Deport. Guess they do not understand what Illegal is. They run on personal feelings above our laws. Dinosaur Democrats are coming.”

Furthermore, having 16-state legislatures wanting to get in on the act by waging a law-suit against President Trump and his administration continues to show what kind of human beings we are surrounded by. Ostensibly, it is the very same states who, when Barack Obama was in office sued on behalf of the “Invasion” clause in the Constitution.

If there are one or more individuals who do not understand that 22 million to 40 million people who have come into our nation illegally this constitutes an invasion! Why the Democrats are being reluctant to secure our border shows as Ann Coulter says, “It is being done to make the USA a third world banana republic.” Anyone disagree?

If it is that you do not like someone...get over it!



   This is the kind of mood I find myself in during the first opening of Education, Immigration, and Pop Culture today. It has become so overwhelmingly noticeable to me since the beginning of the first day of his administration Ah, hell! It has been since he registered his name for the office of the President of the United States. Fitting in with the title, haven't you ever worked for someone you didn't care for at all? Now surely, we've all worked with people that we did not much care about. But what can we do about it?.
Here is a secret between you and me, okay? I thought and felt hourly that Barack H.Obama was the absolute poorest excuse for a "President" I'd ever even heard of. Seriously, for the record, he was an on-time senator, learned his politics at Occidental University in L.A. under the tutelage of his grandparents who were card-carrying members of the Socialist Party of America. I am not going to fiddle my way through his trash, but with the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and the total of the Chicago mob helping one out well...

This man as President has seen to the economic woes of the nation, put more blacks back to work and the country is also enjoying a huge Hispanic Caucus. Let’s deal with this a moment. There are people parading around the halls of both the Senate as well as the house.

However, if you don’t mind from all perceptions this country is looking and behaving like crap. Just look categorically at what this man has done working as our president. In the manner of Security: When Ukraine went nuts during an overly “general-like” figure from the Soviet Union, or Russia, rather than to bow one’s head and let them runabout, as Barack Obama did, President Trump mobilized about 300,000 soldiers plus put an entire flight deck way up for Intel and surveillance. 

When ISIS, you might remember then as The Califate of ISIS, began blowing to bits Iraq, Southern Turkey, where the Kurds live in Northern Iraq and still the deluge of Syria, during his State of the Nation speech he told everyone that our forces had driven them back to no man’s land.

Before I run amuck here do, we all remember when during their retreat ISIS actually moved into Syria – Not just Syria, but where Russia had built a real solid stronghold? I believe it was 51 Hellfire missiles that started to let the world know the USA wasn’t playing anymore.

All this and so much more when the Democrats started playing politics with a much sought-after wall desperately needed on our Southern Border?

What bothers me almost more than anything is that why are we paying Congressional officials? Seems like the only thing they’ve done is to try and reverse the original appropriated funding. This class of new Congressional officials needs to put their heads in the air – look around and get on the winner’s team.

The Crimes Mueller Ignored...

The effort to get rid of Donald Trump is as focused and as intense as it has been since he started running for President. The ongoing silent coup reflects the unhinged hatred for him by the political establishment, all based on one thing, he beat them. He won.

Robert Mueller, the Department of Justice, the FBI, the intelligence community, are working hand-in-hand to destroy Donald Trump. They will not stop. According to Wired, they’ve gained up at least 17 so-called investigations on him. As Bloomberg reports, the left is putting Trump in a “legal vise.”
If they have to destroy his family, his businesses, his lifetime friends and associates, they will. They are pursuing Donald Trump with more fervor and energy than we have seen them pursue terrorists.
Robert Mueller has been tasked to basically find or invent or create any crime he wants. You see, they don’t have to find a crime. They just have to say they did. They don’t have to find an impeachable offense, they just have to say they have.

We believe that the main mission of these anti-Trump investigations is to cover up the malfeasance of Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. Tomorrow, I will be writing about these investigations under the column of “The Sampling of the Real Crimes Mueller ignored.”

Time to Read, Listen, and Learn...       

In today's article it is written with the styled conversation that most readers say they want; furthermore, if anyone out there is paralyzed or handicapped in any other way, please assist the reader with the full meaning of the words chosen by me, and finally, maybe it is just me, but no, I think that this story is far to contemplative for anyone to not learn using the examples I have used. So, let’s get started.

I have stated that for twenty-five year or closer to thirty-years now that I have been writing about matters concerning immigration and even more about illegal immigration. This challenging exercise is definitely prior to the turn of the century insofar as I had been working on a book titled, The Enemy Within saving America from the liberal assault on our Schools, Faith, and Military.

As good and adequate as my book was, I did find a magnificent man named Michael Savage who had already finished his project and it was getting ready for sale; however, there was enough difference in enough areas for me to delve deeper into my own property which has just been released by AuthorSolutions, Inc., titled, An Open Autopsy on America, that I suggest and recommend to every reader that wants to be brought up to date of the onslaught being induced on America some of which is done by our very politicians and business people.


I grew up in Southern California about 50 to 65 miles to the border. It didn’t take long, but I have vivid memories of attending the drive-ins on Friday nights with my parents. Just as soon as we reached all the way up front, directly beneath the drive in’s screen that all hades broke out. Primarily, was the sand portion going to be used as a football or soccer field?
I am now going to ask a question the same question that appears in books, periodicals, international newspapers, and sincerely every form of journalism and electronic media for well over fifty years now. What in our Creator’s name has people from other nations began to caravan to our southern border?

Why in our Creator’s name do we have anywhere between 30 and 50 million undocumented or illegal immigrants living happily, making a lot of money, given access to healthcare at very little if any cost?

Now, let’s look at the daily living. Why has reasonable treatment caused people of other nations to sojourn to our border seeking asylum? In some cases, we have the entirety of Boards of Education failing miserably with emphasis on sciences, technologies, engineering, and math, (STEM) and other areas?

This is my point: Doesn’t anyone find this open-border miss-procedure just a little bit frustrating? Gawd knows that we have in America the most giving, laid back, empowering, and emboldening living accommodations and arrangements in the world.

It has gotten to the point whilst working with Numbers USA and several other advocacy groups that after the vote of 2007 (defeating DREAM Act), 2009 (defeating in-state tuition) to illegals; and again, AND THIS ONE IS FROM YOUR WHITE HOUSE – 2011 (defeating DACA and DAPA) with them getting their engagement proceedings by Executive Order only based on what eight (8) Senators and President Obama wanted?

Well, of course now the entire matter has gotten to the point of unreliable; I do not wish that my country, yeah, the same one I went to war over, is allowing so many people in.


I have let my comments be made known almost everywhere and they remain the same: No Amnesty, No DACA or DAPA, No come and work, get E-Verify up and going, collect the funding due to companies that don’t check, and if you there in WASHINGTON D.C. don’t mind, you and only you should be held responsible, Rep. Nancy Pelosi should be held behind bars and Senator Chuck Schumer ought to be jailed as well – for simply stealing from the American people.

I get so sick and tired of hearing people complaining, dreadfully, about our poor immigration system. Fact is, there’s nothing poor about it – unless we are able to count those who allegedly are “at work” on it.

Take a moment and think about it. The United States United States Citizenship and Immigration Services this is the big one. Then, of course, we have U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This is the primary agency with over 450,000 workers that the Democrats want to get rid of.

National Immigration Agency similar name but different working arrangements. 

Immigration and Naturalization Service individual states, regulated immigration into the United States, and the Immigration Act of 1891 established a Commissioner of Immigration in the Treasury Department. May I add that there isn’t one of the 50 or so agencies that are doing a bit of good.

And who said Ex-president, Barack Obama, didn’t do a thing to stifle immigration? How about the Deferred Action for Childhood Act? Better known as DACA and let’s not forget free admission for their parents with DAPA.

Immigration Enforcement -- Immigration Enforcement (IE) is a division of the Home Office responsible for enforcing immigration law in the United Kingdom. It was established from a Border Force (section Immigration powers).

UK Visas and Immigration visa system and the other for immigration enforcement. The responsible minister is the Minister of State for Immigration. Sarah Rapson, the Registrar General, does this make any difference?

I want desperately to say that everyone deserves a chance to visit and come to the U.S. However, I do think that the individuals' prior criminal record has a unique standing in whether or not they are given the chance. Seriously now, if a person has been deported out of the nation once, then they should lose the privilege of ever trying again.

So where do we stand with all this craziness? I do not think it’s fair to have Rep. Nancy Pelosi to
even be granted a vote in the matter. All up --- I believe that this is where there are many non-governmental people needed to take over the situation. WHY?

Because for well over one hundred years these “colleagues” in the house and senate have demonstrated how unworthy they really are.

Why swear to give the administration money, then when it comes at issue, these people are actually looking for a compromise. Don’t compromise with anything EXCEPT for closing up loopholes already in place.

What is Going on?


I cannot, or would I ever attempt to place my opinion, beliefs, or ideologies above anyone else's. Sure, I think that it is okay for anyone, right or wrong, to convey theirs. However, with all due respect to everyone's culture, subsequent beliefs, religiosities, or even their issues that are in direct conflict with my own, I still do not believe that I have a "basic human right" to tell them about my beliefs. I find this to be as unselfish and open as I can be. Thank you.

I feel as though for tonight to explain the meaning of this blog predicated upon its name. Education, Immigration, and Pop Culture; or to assist individuals to understand the basic concepts of how things are continually looked over here in the USA.


  • Education
Education in the United States is in a sad state of affairs. It is about the curriculum development and agreeable discipline for the students. A funny, but a weird thing happened in the 1980s here; somehow the federal, as well as state governments, clung on to the notion that children somehow had the same rights as an adult human in the country. Please don't get me wrong here. If that is the way that they want things why not toss in alcohol and adult activities?

Children have far too much to say, do, live, then trying to compete in an adults world. The schools here are overwhelming with gender rights, sexual harassment, and all else. It is pathetic. More on this topic later.

  • Immigration
I hope this situation here is being truthfully known throughout the world. Let me shore it up for you. The problems are being caused by an inept Congress and a sickening judiciary. Congressional representatives are changing their minds lately simply because of the politics involved. President Trump has been on a roll lately, or better still since he was elected. The economy is far better, workmanship is at the top of the charts in fact, everything that President Trump campaigned on and for has happened in unique ways. But now it is the infamous "Walls" turn and everyone who guaranteed in 2006 by voting for funding including ex-presidents, (Obama) Congressional members such as Sen. Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi and their minions have suddenly gone political and are now voting against President Trump. Much, much further later...

  • Pop Culture
Mostly dealing with the press is the aim for this topic. Yet, it can't go unmentioned that the main populace in the US is not doing well, either. Will keep you informed -- promise.

Hopefully with the election of almost half of a new 112th Congress, we’ve managed to get some folks in whom – unlike others before them – will listen, read, and do the math on illegal immigration and how much it is costing American taxpayers.
Due to years of federal inaction, the burning issue of illegal immigration has reached a tipping point. It’s time for us to come together as a community, as a state, and as a nation, to stop throwing rhetorical firebombs.
We would like to assist them in such a way as the “fortunate ones” may not be aware of, or perhaps to enlighten those who need some powder for their canons. In fact, we all need to listen and try to calculate what the accommodation of illegal alien’s is costing us.
This aspect of immigration reform is one that does not get addressed often enough; moreover, when it does it is usually by some left-wing progressives who would rather run than to face the reality of the matter – USA’s fiscal position.
Up to this date the United States has an accumulated debt of some odd staggering 14 trillion dollars. Typing that out could make one’s fingers twitch; however, it is much easier to type it rather than to look at that number. Suffice it to say that unless mindful steps are taken we doubt that the USA will still be the USA in 2060. Just a few suggestions: ($14,000,000,000,000.00)
With one small disclaimer: We will be using some states as examples. Insofar as these examples address deficit spending and subsequent amounts of money we feel that until or unless policymakers come to decisions regarding “Sanctuary Cities” and/or anything that is not in full compliance with the rule of law of our nation then certain necessities may be needed.
With many state budgets in deficit, policymakers have an obligation to look for ways to reduce the fiscal burden of illegal migration. California, facing a budget deficit of $14.4 billion in 2010-2011, is hit with an estimated $21.8 billion in annual expenditures on illegal aliens. Data gathered from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) estimates the annual costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local level to be about $113 billion; nearly $29 billion at the federal level and $84.2 billion at the state and local level. The study also estimates tax collections from illegal alien workers, both those in the above-ground economy and those in the underground economy. Those receipts do not come close to the level of expenditures and, in any case, are misleading as an offset because over time unemployed and underemployed U.S. workers would replace illegal alien workers. The government will collect $2.3 trillion in taxes this year. That's well short of the $3.6 trillion it will spend. Fifty-five percent of that spending will go to mandatory expenses like social security, Medicare and Medicaid; 43 percent is called discretionary spending. That's money Congress controls and allocates to more than two dozen government departments like defense or transportation, and the alphabet soup of agencies that the departments oversee. The FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT: Citizenship, Southern Hatred, and Hope

Most scholars look to the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which was written as a bill to support the Civil Rights Act of 1866; this particular act dealt with all things post Civil War in order for the Union (the victors) to maintain some semblance of order with those states that seceded and wanted their statehood back as part of the Union. However, it was argued that those states that had seceded had indeed lost their loyalty and allegiance to the United States of America.
The actual language of the “Citizenship Clause” pursuant to the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1 states that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Please remember why this amendment was a necessity to the U.S. Constitution and for what reasons it needed to be clarified from the original writing just shy of 100 years earlier.
Senator Jacob Howard of Ohio was the author of the ‘Citizenship Clause’ and defended the new language against the charge that it would make Indians citizens of the United States. Senator Howard assured skeptics that “Indians born within the limits of the United States, and who maintain their tribal relations, are not, in the sense of this Amendment, born subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.” (As a sidebar: Why would people from Middle or South America be construed as any different?)
Up to this point there has not been any mention whatsoever about those born on American soil would be Americas or American citizens – does it? We see this as the most egregious portion of the XIV Amendment insofar as 144 years later (inclusive) citizenship has been granted to babies and their respective families – in one way or another – without any professional leader, Congressional official, or President of the United States doing anything whatsoever to stop this ridiculous 28 word sentence to continue.
What is it that infuriates a politician more than everything else known to humankind? Think all you want however, we feel it has to be somewhere in the voting machinery, albeit, from ‘hanging and pregnant chads’ to being unable to read the ballot – both because of either one’s eyes, vision, or understanding of the English language. Ironically, this was not too much of a problem in post war politics insofar as either a person couldn’t read or made to do otherwise.
By the time the thirty-ninth Congress was seated in December 1865 their agenda resembled something along the lines of the following order: In every seceded state prior to the Civil War’s end their individual state legislatures had worked tirelessly adopting a legal code pertaining only to blacks that segregated the races, banned political participation, restricted social conduct, established severe vagrancy and labor laws that in turn created a peonage system and created extremely harsh criminal punishments.
Furthermore, the Senate and the House alike refused to seat the new southern representatives. Federal legislators quickly sought to strengthen the Freedmen’s Bureau to include utilizing the Army for protecting black civil rights. This particular measure failed in Congress by a margin of two votes to overcome a presidential veto!
By March 1866, Congress, aroused by the South, was ready to accept federal responsibility for guarding individual rights to make and enforce contracts, sue and give evidence, and own property. Despite initial hesitancy about intruding into what had traditionally been under the state’s authority the fed decided to push for the Civil Rights Act of 1866.
The battle over the Civil Rights Act of 1866 led directly to a campaign for a new constitutional amendment. The Joint Committee on Reconstruction understood that traditions and ways of life ran deep in the south and without an amendment there could never be rest or civil rights for more than just the black population, the entire nation whether 60 percent of it or 100 percent of it, were hell-bent on seeing to it that southern white hostility, the unrepentant southern states, would not be successful in undermining the north.
Therefore, the Joint Committee on Reconstruction's first amendment proposal sought to reduce proportionally the congressional representation of states that still denied the right to vote on the basis of race.

“They won’t let us,” says Harry Reid

Here is notwithstanding anything else the worst and most obvious problem with America: Dissention and lack of personal responsibility.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid made a push for Hispanic voters Tuesday by arguing Republicans are to blame for the Senate’s inability to move forward with immigration reform efforts. “I don’t know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican, OK,” Reid said, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “Do I need to say more?”
Reid consistently blames the lack of GOP support for the Senate’s failure to take up immigration reform. “So why don’t we fix it? They won’t let us,” he told Latino voters.
Seriously all things being equal doesn’t Harry Reid sound and present himself as an incapable infant? Oh, “They won’t let us” as if he doesn’t have the majority of the Senate within his political party. Are you ready for this double-speak?
One bipartisan effort, a $600 million border security bill, having passed in the Senate, is headed back to the Senate after a procedural problem caused it to start over in the House. Losing sufficient Republican support, and more GOP members are using harsh rhetoric against illegal immigrants and their families. The problem: All bills that stipulate money are started in the House, and not the Senate Harry!
In April, Reid promised a rally of Hispanic activists in Las Vegas that he would deliver comprehensive immigration reform this year and that there would be "no excuses" for failure.
"Republicans," Reid replied Tuesday when asked what kept him from keeping his promise. First Harry Reid has no authority to make a ludicrous promise such as that; stooping even lower, Reid stated at the same meeting of special interest groups that, “Republicans are blocking comprehensive immigration reform and told Hispanics they shouldn't be treated differently because "their skin's a tone darker" than that of America's early European immigrants.
Quite openly this is the same namby-pamby two faced “Senator” who stated amidst the Iraq War, “…we lost…we’ve already lost the war…” A great vote of confidence for our military – after what he and his party has pulled with health care reform and immigration reform we’re surprised that our good Hispanic’s would even vote for any member of that party, having already been burned.

Outraged by Immigration and Customs Enforcement

The man suspected of drunken driving and killing a Catholic nun in Prince William County this weekend is an illegal immigrant who was awaiting deportation and who federal immigration authorities had released pending further proceedings, police said Monday.
The man, Carlos Montano, a county resident, had been arrested by police twice before on drunk-driving charges and on at least one of those occasions’ county police reported him to federal authorities.
"We have determined that he is in the country illegally. He has been arrested by Prince William County Police in the past," said Officer Jonathan Perock, a police spokesman, who said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement was notified at the time of one of those arrests.
Officer Perock said Montano was in deportation proceedings at the time of this weekend's killing, but was out on his own recognizance. This is unconscionable! All we are asking is for a legitimate answer with some sense of rationale: "Why are various agencies within the purview of the US government granting an individual, who incidentally is pending charges for deportation, allowed the right of being released on his word? An individual determined to be an illegal alien with a past history of crimes?"
A call to ICE was not immediately returned, but the incident raises questions about the agency's policy of only detaining some illegal immigrants awaiting deportation, while releasing others.
The latest ICE statistics show the agency is actually detaining fewer people now on an average daily basis than they did in 2009.
The Sunday morning crash killed Sister Denise Mosier and injured two other nuns as they were driving to a retreat at the Benedictine Monastery in Bristow, Va. The two injured nuns were in critical but stable condition, according to St. Gertrude High School in Richmond, run by the Benedictine Sisters of Virginia.

Ineptitude of Homeland Security and TSA



In the latest of many shameful lapses, the federal agency in charge of securing the nation’s transportation system approved background checks for a dozen illegal immigrants working in sensitive areas of a busy U.S. airport.
The illegal aliens, from Central America and Mexico, worked in operational areas of Stewart International Airport, a 2,400-acre facility located about 60 miles north of New York City. Stewart is a major passenger airport for the state’s mid-Hudson region that also handles large quantities of cargo and serves as a military field.
The illegal aliens all had security badges approved by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the agency created after the 2001 terrorist attacks mainly to protect airlines. The TSA’s national background check failed to detect the fake Social Security numbers and other bogus documents provided by the illegal immigrants to obtain clearance.
So the embattled 43,000-member Homeland Security agency, which has received hundreds of millions of dollars from Congress to fulfill its mission, granted the undocumented aliens “trusted agent” security badges. This allowed them to work at an airport warehouse business and access key operational areas. An alert airport employee noticed the suspicious documents and reported the illegal aliens.
This sort of negligence is par for the course for the TSA, which has come under fire in recent years for leaving airplanes extremely vulnerable to terrorist attacks. Just last month the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General revealed that the TSA is failing to ensure the security of tens of thousands of cargo packages transported daily in the bellies of passenger planes, leaving aircraft at risk of a terrorist attack.
That probe also found that workers who handle the cargo had not received the required background checks or training, further adding to the security crisis. Previous Inspector General probes have over the years revealed similar problems in the TSA’s dismal air cargo security system and exposed dozens of security failures in other crucial areas nationwide.
A couple of issues come to mind as this pathetic piece describes so well. "Fake Social Security numbers and other bogus documents" where either unchecked or passed what is alleged to guard America's airline industry, transportation, and package handling; therefore, what does this tell you about the Department of Homeland Security? We agree, the Secretary should be answering to the American people from the unemployment line.
We'd relish someone who could assist us with what precisely is a "trusted agent" when they committed a crime to get where they are? Anyone hear of Eric Holder, the Attorney General of the United States? And this much we do know for a fact – there are several airlines in this country that simply will not allow an un-cleared employee anywhere near the airport – let alone give them a job. This situation is purely pathetic and speaks volumes about who, what, and where have been appointed by the Obama Administration.

"We the People..." are we being represented?



What is this administration up to now? What is congress up too other than doing precisely the opposite of what the American people don't want? An overwhelming majority of Americas do not support the health care bill that the Senate recently voted on pursuant to having a debate about it. Dear Senator Reid: Why are you insisting to push this legislation through the Senate when the American people simply and clearly don't want it?
Just 38% of voters now favor the health care plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats. That’s the lowest level of support measured for the plan in nearly two dozen tracking polls conducted since June. (Rasmussen Reports, click here.)
And ladies and gentlemen what is up with this 'war tax' that is isolating the rich to pay for a war? Goodness people wake up – and that goes for representatives and senators in Congress as well as every member in the Obama administration. It's even got a name: "Share the Sacrifice Act of 2010."
Here's one for Rush, O'Reilly, Oprah, Buffet, Gates, Bloomberg, Perot, Murdoch, and all of the lesser known wealthy Americans: If we were in your income category the first thing we'd do is inform the current no-brainer administration that you are already paying approximately 80% or more of federal income taxes. Secondly, we would file for equal protection under the 14th amendment and the Equal Protection Clause.
For just a refresher – the Equal Protection Clause is that clause engineered by the writers of the 14th amendment in post-Civil War America. This is the clause that every group this side of normal goes with into court to receive "Protected status" and any criticism of that class is of course referred to as being discriminated against. This is the true path to making money; or at least for special interest groups who whine over the slightest bit.
So what makes the rich any different? There are far more Arab-Americans, Muslim-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, African-Americans, LGBT-Americans than there are truly wealthy people in this country. So why not claim your protection status before this government who has already hit you up for health care, income taxes, and redistribution of your wealth – the heck with them – get your protection!
This current spend-thrift Congress will surely take down America as we once knew it. They don't care if we own General Motors, or AIG, or Chrysler, or large portions of Bank of America or any number of things we've already purchased and legally own.
"We the People..." is who you are supposed to be representing. Therefore how could anyone with a reasonable mind even entertain the notion of having a civilian trial in New York when the majority of the nation is against it; furthermore, the people of the great state of New York don't want terrorists tried in their state either (55%).
When was the last time you contacted your "duly elected congressional officials office"?

America: What is your government up too?


We heard it live today in an interview with Sen. Orin Hatch (R-UT) the unadulterated statement that we've been waiting for from someone on the Hill. During his interview with Bill Hemmer of FOX News' America's Newsroom, Sen. Hatch constantly referred to initiatives that ostensibly got the health care bill passed in the House of Representatives; however, before even addressing as to whether or not the Senate will debate the issue, Sen. Hatch made mention of those two-biggest lies that he – as well as his colleagues – sincerely hope will not be messed with.
The two issues are health care for illegal aliens and federally funded abortions. While in the process of closing the interview, Mr. Hatch stated: "I hope the American people revolt." And we are at the point of total agreement with Sen. Hatch.

Ladies and gentlemen all one needs to do is look at the language, moreover the lies that are being told everyday albeit from the White House, Department of Justice, Nan Pelosi and 'her health care bill' and the other inside the beltway corrupt-o-crats.

U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops:
In order to get the health care bill passed through Nan Pelosi's House, more than 25 Democrat representatives had to be reassured that federally funded abortion was a big fat NO! For weeks, the Catholic Church has asked its U.S. parishioners to work toward ensuring that tough language restricting federal funding of abortion is included in healthcare overhaul legislation.
But as the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, the church's governing body in America, tries to rally its forces outside Congress, it is also using its leverage within.
It used that influence this month as the House of Representatives prepared to vote on the healthcare legislation. Negotiators for the church worked with lawmakers to add an amendment to ensure that federal insurance subsidies do not wind up funding elective abortion. Doesn't it seem that the "Almighty Clause" found nowhere in the Constitution, 'Separation between church and state' is a convenient colloquialism when one wants to gain from it?
