Let’s look and evaluate the moronic things that have gone on in our “distinguished media” as fueled by the lying, deceitful, and aberrant matters as they were brought forward by the Barack Obama administration for well over eight years; however, that would take our nation’s explosive ordnance referred to as mushroom clouds.

As one clearly looks and examines the evidence as documented in a slew of best-selling books, including evidence against Hillary Clinton, James B. Comey, Loretta Lynch, and a group of people at the DNC; furthermore, let’s have a look at the intelligence community at the time the dossier’s, media reporting, and especially Mr.’s Clapper, Mueller, and many other prominent (?) intelligence people were directly involved in producing the Dossier against President Donald Trump.

When I was a boy, I loathed the Green Bay Packers! Why? Because they were winners. Although they suck now and as far back as at least one generation ago, they were indeed America’s Team way before the Cowboys were. So, let’s look at this America loves winners.

You name them, I’ll just put a comment or two – maybe.  Why is Meryl Streep added to everyone’s acceptance speech by women? Because she’s a great actor or because she owns three OSCAR’s? Same for Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Denzel Washington, Sally Fields, as well as ethnic and racial lines. So why doesn’t anyone gripe about racial profiling? Because they are not winning of late

Now, just today, I found myself singing “Only in Chicago could that happen.” Of course, I’m talkingwhite men beat him up when the truth already acknowledges that it was two Nigerian black men who allegedly beat him and shouted racial slurs against him. All the while Mr. Smollett not only knew of this lousy screenplay but actually paid the two men to beat him up, splash a little bleach on his neck and wrote him this childlike letter with color, cut letters, and some handwriting to boot! The Chicago Police department already hauled the two Nigerian black men within one day from Nigeria to Chicago and they spilled the beans, even how much their whatever paid, to beat him up.

Yep, “Only in Chicago could that happen, the same Chicago that produced Barack Obama. Yet, what is all of this rubbish we hear about America loves winners? So, you’re still rooting for the Patriots? Right! What it is that angers me more than anything written here, although it has been fun – why are the Democrats cutting and hedging the story against Trump? There have been other times in US history when the person who captured the popular vote and lost an election!

Think maybe we should ask the Ruskin's did they fix the vote for Hillary? People, I am trying to paint in very broad strokes why President Trump should be treated fairly. Just compare the campaign pledges.

And, just one more thing: What and why has happened to the sovereign American rights and liberties? What’s with the illegals even being able to file for asylum? These are in all right, title, and interest embarrassing to the USA! Let’s see here, how many of you have forgotten about the plutonium that went missing when Hillary was in Russia? What did she, through her cohorts do to Libya?

We have some real problems in this place we call a country; for some reason women did like the way men treated them vis-a-vie cussing, buying them drinks, or even open a door for them. For some confounded reason, men got blamed for that – liberated women! Where is our MeTooMovement? When heads finally come out of men’s backsides and we start telling our sexual harassment stories to the world – no matter how many years later – maybe I’ll get mine.

Lately, I have been given considerable thought to what we refer to in this nation as Religious Rights. Let’s just take up the religious rights as we are told and taught that is quite evident in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The reason I chose this source is because of the massive amount of sources that have been used directly, during there time, to make some sense out of what we refer to as religious rights. Using the final draft of the basic ten amendments as penned by President James Madison in 1787, it is doubtful altogether that the language would have come so easily to him. In fact, the majority of these amendments came from phrases that the English people (remember England’s great and vast territories that existed literally around the earth) had gone through the struggles in order to gain these rights.

Therefore, let’s begin with the year of the Magna Carta, 1215, which serves notice to everyone that this was indeed the precedent year and prominence given to that enormous writing surface. This clause should be remembered from all clauses from the Magna Carta,

                No freeman shall be taken or imprisoned or be disseized of his freehold, or liberties, or free customs, or be outlawed or exiled, or any otherwise destroyed, nor will we pass upon him, nor condemn him, but by lawful judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land.

What does this segment from the Magna Carta tell us? Although, it uses “...the law of the land...” but who actually can define this? But there was a law; this the charter says very strongly. And law – Mrs. Clinton, and just about every first time Representative from the House means procedures, procedures even a King (at that time) or President must follow – suffice it to say that no one is bigger or better than the law.

In fact, there were no less than 30 more meetings that were used by townspeople for refining these personal and private laws. William Penn, Roger Sherman, the entire state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland as did the Quakers, Catholics, Episcopalians, stepped up to maintain their own religious rights were being protected.

Indeed, the conference committee made only one important change in the amendments in 1788, just prior to their release as part of the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution. That was the weight and absolute interpretations of the first guarantee of the First Amendment, resulting in the absolute clarity and separation between the church and the state.

                Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

As with all civil liberties, these are not absolute. They must be exercised in a manner that does not conflict with the rights of others.

Having stated this, it is overwhelmingly important to verify and clear up a few things. Basically, this amendment is known as the “Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assemble, and Petition” amendment. However, to avoid conflict say that on March 16, 2019, there was a scheduled Immigration Peace Movement planned at the Empire State Building as put forth by the Irish-Americans and exactly at the same time of 1:00 pm on 3-16-2019. This is a conflict waiting to happen.

To be certain, in my days of protesting one needed to have a signed and true Assembly at streets so as to ensure there would not be any fighting.

How a person could take an oath of office with their hand on the Quran is beyond me. As is the wearing the headscarf whilst being either in the House, Senate, White House, or any government agency is pure.

What is Going on?

I cannot, or would I ever attempt to place my opinion, beliefs, or ideologies above anyone else's. Sure, I think that it is okay for anyone, right or wrong, to convey theirs. However, with all due respect to everyone's culture, subsequent beliefs, religiosities, or even their issues that are in direct conflict with my own, I still do not believe that I have a "basic human right" to tell them about my beliefs. I find this to be as unselfish and open as I can be. Thank you.

I feel as though for tonight to explain the meaning of this blog predicated upon its name. Education, Immigration, and Pop Culture; or to assist individuals to understand the basic concepts of how things are continually looked over here in the USA.

• Education

Education in the United States is in a sad state of affairs. It is about the curriculum development and agreeable discipline for the students. A funny, but a weird thing happened in the 1980s here; somehow the federal, as well as state governments, clung on to the notion that children somehow had the same rights as an adult human in the country. Please don't get me wrong here. If that is the way that they want things why not toss in alcohol and adult activities?

Children have far too much to say, do, live, then trying to compete in an adults world. The schools here are overwhelming with gender rights, sexual harassment, and all else. It is pathetic. More on this topic later.

• Immigration

I hope this situation here is being truthfully known throughout the world. Let me shore it up for you. The problems are being caused by an inept Congress and a sickening judiciary. Congressional representatives are changing their minds lately simply because of the politics involved. President Trump has been on a roll lately, or better still since he was elected. The economy is far better, workmanship is at the top of the charts in fact, everything that President Trump campaigned on and for has happened in unique ways. But now it is the infamous "Walls" turn and everyone who guaranteed in 2006 by voting for funding including ex-presidents, (Obama) Congressional members such as Sen. Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi and their minions have suddenly gone political and are now voting against President Trump. Much, much further later...

Mostly dealing with the press is the aim for this topic. Yet, it can't go unmentioned that the main populace in the US is not doing well, either. Will keep you informed -- promise.

Law Enforcement Working Together....what a concept!

     Have we entered into a time where -- finally – the various law enforcement agencies have begun to work together? What a concept! Now what will Hollyweird writers have to write about? For too long its major mess-ups because the FBI didn't want anyone in their jurisdiction, while the local police and sheriffs' departments who'd worked the crimes wanted some credit and there's nothing wrong with that. Please everyone who has ears listen! With the recent apprehension and foiled terrorist attacks in New York, Colorado, and Canada that we know about – where the CIA worked with the ATF who worked with ICE who worked with the FBI who worked with the NYPD and other agencies – nothing shy of marvelous.

    However we want to espouse that at a time when ALL the local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies are working together for the first time wouldn't you know it, some 500 special interest groups are raising Cain for some violation of some illegal immigrants rights albeit they are here illegally.

As such, we at American Age feel it is incumbent upon us to get the word out about all matters concerning immigration reform. Therefore, in our steadfast heart of hearts, we believe beyond question that there are hundreds; if not thousands of special interest/advocacy groups that have already set in motion their own 'version' of what immigration reform will look like. And folks as far as we're concerned we don't like the looks of it; moreover, we dislike and disrespect the notion that terms and conditions of illegal immigration will be dictated to us.

500 groups urge Obama to halt immigration police program

A letter to the president says local enforcement of federal immigration laws has led to racial profiling and civil rights violations.

A coalition of advocacy groups sent a letter to President Obama last week demanding that the administration end a program that allows local police to enforce federal immigration law.

The program, known as 287(g), deputizes police to turn over suspects or criminals to immigration authorities for possible deportation. Immigrant rights groups said the program has led to civil rights violations and racial profiling.

"Racial profiling and other civil rights abuses by the local law enforcement agencies that have sought out 287(g) powers have compromised public safety, while doing nothing to solve the immigration crisis," the letter states. "The program has worked counter to community policing goals by eroding the trust and cooperation of immigrant communities and diverted already reduced law enforcement resources from their core mission."

Who, what, where, why, and how do these advocacy groups – who receive funding from the U.S. government – think they are insofar as demanding things? Moreover, in our humble opinion one of the greatest difficulties facing a uniform cross-agency program – involving local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies – is that there are restrictions that any one of these agencies can't do in order to perform to the best of their abilities and with each other.

We say nonsense to this garbage! Furthermore, all of these special interest groups should be well-advised that there are consequences for their actions – if and only if we have the government that will enforce our Nation's "Manner of Laws." (Further reading click here.)

TEACHING TO THE TEST!

I finally ran into someone who thinks, and oddly enough, in theory teaches fundamentally much the way I teach. I found this article just a few days ago in the Christian Science Monitor and I thought what a great way to show folks a concept, albeit, through the words and perceptions of a different educator and writer. Along the way I have contributed various and sundry points of emphasis; however for the larger whole credit and hat-tip to Walt Gardner.

But first is an attempt to remind us both to stay on task with regards to my previous post and the answers to the basic four education questions--believe it or not, those four simple questions are the very cornerstone of societal management, growth, and survival.

Okay then...Many parents, students, and other teachers balk at the notion that someone would stoop to the notion of, (dare I say this?) "teaching to the test." If we listen quietly, we might be able to hear the sneering whispers of those whose understanding of this concept is very misguided and felonious at best. Yet, this kind of reaction is the result of a fundamental misunderstanding of both curriculum and instruction.

"If we're being honest, teaching to the test is done by almost all other effective teachers. In fact, I did so – along with many other an effective educator way before teachers were evaluated on the basis of their students' ability to perform on the standardized tests that now constitute the sine qua non of accountability."

Why? Because it is eminently sound pedagogy.

There is a distinct difference between teaching to the broad body of skills and knowledge that a test represents (good), and teaching to the exact items that will appear on the standardized test (indefensible and illegal). Teaching students how to answer a particular set of items that appears on a test shortchanges them ethically and educationally. The confusing part arises when we fail to make that distinction.

A Lie is a Lie, not Embellish or Misspoke

Banter, teasing, and more mockery! What on earth is going on with the main-stream media? Of course I reference a very simply, matter of fact fabrication as told by a human being that has been called everything from 'embellishing' to 'misspoke.'

And do you know what! BOLDERDASH! With children we call it lying, no candy-coating, lying.

First things first, let's get together here and work out some suitable definitions, okay? First up; embellishment is the act of making beautiful, adorning, or adding fanciful details that don't exist. Second, lying is the act is being untruthful.

And in the interest of not confusing this verbiage, please be advised that a liar is a person who tells false statements deliberately presented as being true; in addition, the act of lying is the act of presenting something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression.

Therefore, can we please dispense with the pleasantries such as 'misspoke' or 'embellished' a story?

People we are talking about a person who not only inhabited our White House for eight years, we are also addressing the conduct of a person who seeks to become our nation's president. And if this is the kind of rhetoric we are getting at this point in that election process, why should anyone who openly lies even continue?

We've got a husband who lied. 'Did you have sex with that woman'? No I did not have sex with that woman. 'When we landed there was sniper fire; we had to take the ceremony inside; there I was with my head down and covered running to get inside.'

For the record was there any sniper fire? No and as such one cannot embellish upon on an event that never occurred; seriously, one cannot dress up or elaborate on something that just did not happen. So what's up with the I misspoke?

I believe she's trying to say, 'I misstated'; which according to the dictionary is the act of stating something wrongly or falsely or in other words, I lied.

I don't condone lying whatsoever. In every class I've taught we've discussed the importance of telling the truth. Moreover, if one has lied, then come clean immediately. First the penalty is less severe and second one gets off the hook sooner, right?

As per Mrs. Clinton: "Well, occasionally I am a human being like everybody else. I've written about it in my book. I talked about it on many other occasions and last week for the first time in 12 or so years I misspoke." No, no, and no, this does not make it all right or over.

Yes…but this was within weeks ago?

Explosive! Educational Egregiousness!

Something has been bothering me all day. You that nagging feeling you get when something one needs to do, but somehow left undone? I had that kind of day. What was it? Ah! Ha!

What is going on in the state of California and their 'once coveted' home schooling program? I have done my research, sure; however, I'm still just a bit lost with what is going on…

Under normal circumstances I'd think: 'The Usual Suspects'; however, today I'm thinking it must be about money.

There is a lot to criticize in an outrageous California appellate court decision that threatens to outlaw home schooling in the state. But there are also a few things worth celebrating.

Citing a truancy law that requires children ages 6 to 18 to attend public or private schools or receive tutoring from a credentialed teacher, the Southern California-based court ruled that parents cannot home-school their children unless at least one parent has a teaching credential.

Right here and now, someone please explain to me why truancy is even an issue here. Furthermore, what on earth does the 'one-parent-with-teaching-credential' have anything to do with truancy?

The appellate court ruling on home schooling stemmed from a case involving not education or truancy, but -- of all things -- child welfare. The children belong to Philip and Mary Long, Lynwood, Calif., a couple who had been referred to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services on various charges, including accusations of child abuse.

Now we're getting somewhere… The court overreached and turned a child welfare case into an assault on home-schooling. How do you go from one to the other? This was a good moment for judicial restraint. At the very least, this decision should be limited to the unique circumstances of the Long family, and not stand as a precedent that leads other families who home school to worry that they too could be ordered to stop teaching their kids.

If there is any one issue that I have written about more than any other, it is definitely the pleas, howling, and cries for parents once again to take an active role in their child's education. This is a fundamental process of child rearing.

Moreover, research data shows that better-rounded, organized, and mentally able; children with the cultures' transmission of critical values are clearly evident in most children that have active parental involvement on a routine basis.

Now then…reports are surfacing that Governor 'The Terminator, Commando, Running Man, Eraser' Schwarzenegger is supporting the home school side. Good man!
